Zion National Park


	This visit to Zion National Park only lasted a few hours. In 2007, I spent several days in Zion, hiking some of the park's most famous trails, including Angels Landing and Observation Point. Be sure to check it out, too!

Back down at the bottom of the canyon, this bridge takes you from the Emerald Pools trails, across the Virgin River, to the Zion Lodge.

	Which is better, Zion or Yosemite? Both parks have a lot of similarities, but for my money, Zion wins hands down. There's so much more color, and views are relatively unobstructed from anywhere in the park. In Yosemite, dense tree growth often blocks easy access to incredible views.
