Grosvenor Arch

Just a few miles south of Kodachrome Basin, then a mile off the main dirt road, you'll find Grosvenor Arch. A paved trail takes you from the parking area, to directly beneath the main span of the arch. The arch itself is 152 feet in the air, and it seems is almost always contrasted against a perfect deep blue sky.

Sagebrush is plentiful here. Pick some and take it home, for an olfactory souvenir that will last for months. |
