FAQ's

What process is used in printing my photos?
Photos are professionally printed on high-quality stock using a standard photo printing process.
Mats are acid free, hand-cut, and designed to last a lifetime.  Smaller photos are single-matted, larger photos are usually double-matted.

Why no automated ordering service?
I do not use an automated printing service because I prefer to talk with my customers directly, and personally select the proper crop for your photos.

How will my photos be cropped?
I will personally select the best crop for your photo.  Of course, your input is welcome, too.  If a photo cannot be cropped down to a standard size, I will cut a custom mat for it.  The mat will still fit in a standard size frame, but the print may be an odd size (for example, 9x14 instead of 11x14).  You may find such a crop/mat will look even more dramatic once framed, since it breaks away from the standard format.

How long will my order take?
 Expect an order to take 7-10 days, possibly longer.   If I receive your print from the printer and I am not satisfied with it, I will return it.  Rest assured that I will keep in contact with you throughout the process. 

How will my order be shipped?
I will ship your photos in either a cardboard envelope or a box, depending on the size, number of prints, and whether you have ordered them already framed.
